I purchased a basque which needed altering but because of my tight timings I was concerned that it would not be done in time. I should never have worried! I'm a big fan of How to look good naked and I saw how wonderful Rigby and Peller looked on the programme. This made me come in for a fitting and to buy a bra that actually fits me.
I came to London yesterday for my appointment to be measured. After initial worries about would you have anything to fit me, would it awful, would it be all skinny people, would it be all young people, would I be out of place, Laura was fantastic and I came away wearing a completely size, which looked 1000 times better and with three gorgeous bras. I would like to highlight the excellent service I received from Charlotte in your internet sales office today. She was extremely helpful and searched out the items needed to complete my order which is a Christmas present for my girlfriend. I believe she searched around and eventually got an item transferred in. Charlotte has now arranged for the order to be despatched tomorrow on a next day delivery which will mean I receive the item in time for Christmas. She has also arranged for all labelling to be removed from the package so my girlfriend does not see what it is when it is delivered. Superb service - very friendly, very professional and very helpful.

I first visited your shop in Conduit Street about a year ago after a friend kindly bought me some vouchers. Like many other women I was wearing completely the wrong size despite being measure only a few weeks before. The member of staff that served me was excellent and I came away with two fabulous new bras.
Since then I have recommended your shop to about 5 other friends and each one of them had pretty much the same experience. Most recently I advised a pregnant friend to visit your shop after she was measured elsewhere and purchased two bras which clearly did not fit.
I just wanted to say that you are providing an exceptional service which is way beyond anything that is offered by the main department stores. Perhaps you should offer to train them in how to measure someone for a bra - I have yet to meet someone who has been given correct advice in one of these shops!
I have used you guys on several occasions (once when my wife was in Florida) and I have to say that the level of communication and service have been fantastic. Add to that the excellent range and quality of products and you have a real success on your hands.

Hi, I have been your customer since I was 17 (now 33), with my first big pay-packet I went into your store (I was a badly paid nanny) and was told my bra was surprisingly one of the only fitting ones to enter, that said, it was a 30dd over shoulder boulder holder as my dad called them, (pointy, warmers) good fit or other wise. Wholly unsuitable for such a nice young lady. Never did it grace my boobs again, it had 'haddit'. Went swiftly in the bin in Harrods toilets, like a large wired shot. There it could stay. From then on I wore pretty, comfy, well manufactured Bras, and worth every penny I love to spend with you.
I have never looked back. I still have a set bought when you first made your own, opera, I think..., loved the daisies on it. It came in a box with tissue paper like in films, I was made up. felt like a princess. Oh yes, and set me on fire if you like, but your bras and my washing machine get on like a house on fire. Never have wire issues. Sorry, but they are fine.

I went to your Knightsbridge shop last month and was so relieved that someone could find me two bras that don't dig in or cause bulging! Believe me, this is no mean feet!! My osteopath recommended you as I am large chested and I have found other bras so uncomfortable, I am going to come up next week and buy two more. I wore one of my old bras the other day and realised that it was so flimsy and uncomfortable, I felt as though I wasn't in it properly.
Anyway, just wanted to say a massive `thank you` to the ladies in the store, I can't remember the ladies name that served me. Whilst there was quite a wait to be fitted I was in the changing room all of maybe five minutes because the lady new exactly what I needed. Well done!!
I came into your shop for the first time on Saturday with my sister, daughter and step-daughter to get our underwear for my wedding in June, I would just like to say what a wonderful experience it was, we had about an hour to wait (which was expected, I can understand why your so busy) and your staff couldn't have been more helpful, We left after our fitting with a smile on our faces, our under wear for my wedding and something very nice for my honeymoon.

I was taken to your Conduit St. branch for the first time last week by 2 Shopping guides; they recommended I was looked after by Beatriz Coerdeiro. I was made to feel relaxed and Beatriz showed me how to wear a bra, and we tried on a selection of underwear which totally changed my posture and gave me a shapelier bust I didn't realize I had. I am now wearing tighter fitting tops that show off my bust.

I am writing a small email to congratulate Rigby & Peller on the quality of your customer service. While in London looking for a present for my wife (she talks very highly of your store and products), I decided to have a look around in your store (after many hours of window shopping), for something unique. Though being a male, at first I felt extremely uncomfortable until I was approached by one of your staff be the name of I think Mobeena (I apologies if I have spelt her name in correctly). First she was extremely helpful in making me forget that I was a male in a women's world! Secondly she was so very helpful in showing me a collection of items that were not too OTT and items that made my wife feel extremely happy.

Last Thursday, 21 April, I had an appointment at your Conduit Street Store at 11.30 am. I was seen absolutely on time, which was wonderful as I had had a 2 hour train journey to London. Your staff were extremely friendly.
I was seen by Pam Brooks and she was so patient, returning with several selections of bras whilst I made my final choice of 3.
I arrived in a 36A and left with 2 x 34C and 1 x 34D - oh dear! However, I now know better.

I am writing to tell you how happy I was with a particular member of your staff. Please forgive me for the long delay with this email but I have been away on holiday for several weeks.
Back in the beginning of January, I was having severe problems with a 3 bras I was after for my daughter's birthday. After 5 unsuccessful attempts of calling and growing very impatient, I eventually had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely young lady, Laurie Edwards.
Laurie provided me with a astounding customer service and allocated me with what I needed. She called when promised on three occasions and sent me a lovely note together with my bras immediately. We spoke for a while also about my recent mastectomy and listened and advised very maturely. She was very sensitive and caring towards my story. What a credit to your company!
