I am writing to tell you how happy I was with a particular member of your staff. Please forgive me for the long delay with this email but I have been away on holiday for several weeks.
Back in the beginning of January, I was having severe problems with a 3 bras I was after for my daughter's birthday. After 5 unsuccessful attempts of calling and growing very impatient, I eventually had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely young lady, Laurie Edwards.
Laurie provided me with a astounding customer service and allocated me with what I needed. She called when promised on three occasions and sent me a lovely note together with my bras immediately.
