I visited your Hans road shop in Knightsbridge on Saturday 30/4/2005.
I must say I was very nervous as it was my first time using your shop. I did not have to wait very long although the shop was very busy, I was served by a very nice assistant who was very efficient and soon sorted me out.
I came away with 3 bras and at last some comfort of being correctly fitted.
When I next visit London I will not hesitate to come visit again, just wanted to say thank you to you at Rigby & Peller.

To whom it may concern
I am writing to tell you how happy I was with a particular member of your staff. Please forgive me for the long delay with this email but I have been away on holiday for several weeks.
Back in the beginning of January, I was having severe problems with a 3 bras I was after for my daughter's birthday. After 5 unsuccessful attempts of calling and growing very impatient, I eventually had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely young lady, Laurie Edwards.
Laurie provided me with a astounding customer service and allocated me with what I needed. She called when promised on three occasions and sent me a lovely note together with my bras immediately. We spoke for a while also about my recent mastectomy and listened and advised very maturely. She was very sensitive and caring towards my story. What a credit to your company!
Nowadays it's hard to find such helpful and willing customer service. I also recognise the importance of crediting a company with helpful members of staff who generally want to help. Thank you again, please tell Laurie that I will arrange a fitting in the near future! I'm sure that she will remember me.
