To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Rigby & Peller uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the critically sensitive details you send us over the internet including your name, address and credit card details. This encryption ensures that nobody can read the information being sent between your pc and our website.

When you enter an SSL enabled area of the site you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser. This means that the information you enter here is protected.

Q4How quickly will my order arrive?Top

We aim to dispatch all items held in stock placed on the internet within 48 hours.

If we do not have the item you have ordered in stock, we will place an order with the relevant manufacturer. You will then be informed that the item is out of stock and you should receive your order within 14 working days. If for any reason we experience delays in getting your item from the manufacturer, we will endeavour to keep you informed of the status of your order on a regular basis.

Q5My order has not arrived what should I do?Top

Very occasionally, packages do get lost in transit. If this happens and the error can be traced to us we will replace your order at no charge to you. However, if your package has been delivered to and signed for at the specified delivery address, Rigby & Peller cannot be held responsible and will not replace the items.

Q6How much do you charge for delivery?Top

Delivery to all UK addresses is £3.50, delivery to all European countries is £7.50 and delivery to the rest of the world costs £12.50. Free delivery for all orders over £200 (within the UK).

Delivery times within the UK & Europe are approximately 1-10 working days, the rest of the world including US & Australia takes approximately 5-14 days.

UK packages are all sent by First Class Royal Mail and deliveries to the rest of the world are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For.

Please note that with all international orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive you package.

Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

Q7Is my package insured?Top

All packages are sent by First Class Royal Mail, however all despatches that exceed £110 or containing gift vouchers will be despatched are Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
