What is Rigby & Peller’s website returns policy?

Rigby & Peller offer you a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods that you have ordered online, we will exchange them or give a full refund within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned garments that have a gusset.

Please note that corsets can only be returned in perfect condition. All corsets should be tried over a vest or shirt to avoid marking.

If you wish to return goods please return them to the address below with the following information;

· Full Name

· Invoice Number

· Reason for return

· Please state whether you would like a refund or replacement.

We recommend obtaining proof of posting for all returns. We will contact you as soon as we receive your return to let you know when the refund has been carried out or when the goods to be exchanged have been sent out.

Are there other ways to order besides ordering online?

Yes. You can call 0845 076 5545 option 3 between the hours 9:00am and 17:00GMT Monday to Friday and place your order by telephone.


We aim to dispatch all items held in stock placed on the internet within 48 hours.

If we do not have the item you have ordered in stock, we will place an order with the relevant manufacturer. You will then be informed that the item is out of stock and you should receive your order within 14 working days. If for any reason we experience delays in getting your item from the manufacturer, we will endeavour to keep you informed of the status of your order on a regular basis.


Very occasionally, packages do get lost in transit. If this happens and the error can be traced to us we will replace your order at no charge to you. However, if your package has been delivered to and signed for at the specified delivery address, Rigby & Peller cannot be held responsible and will not replace the items.


Delivery to all UK addresses is £3.50, delivery to all European countries is £7.50 and delivery to the rest of the world costs £20.00. Free deliver for all orders over £200 (within the UK).

Delivery times within the UK & Europe are approximately 5-7 working days, the rest of the world including US & Australia takes approximately 10-14 days.

UK packages are all sent by First Class Royal Mail deliveries to the rest of the world are sent by Parcel force.

Please note that with all international orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive you package.

Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
