Rigby & Peller's Website Returns Policy
Rigby & Peller offer you a 100% guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods that you have purchased we will exchange them or give you a full refund for returns received within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty. For hygiene reasons all items with a gusset should be tried on over your underwear.
If you wish to return goods to us, please fill in and detach the returns slip on the delivery note supplied with your order and enclose this with the returned goods. Please peel off the returns label and attach it to the outside of the parcel.
If you do not have the delivery note please return goods please return them to the address below with the following information:
- Full Name
- Invoice Number
- Reason for Return
- Please state whether you would like a refund or replacement
We recommend obtaining proof of postage for all items that you return.

Items bought from Rigby & Peller stores can only be returned to one of our stores.
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for any unworn items with a valid receipt within 28 days. Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned garments that have a gusset.
