Despatch
We aim to despatch all in stock orders within 48 working hours. When your order is despatched we will send you an email confirming the contents of your delivery. If your package has been sent using a trackable delivery service we will included this information in the despatch email.
Deliveries
UK packages are sent by First Class Royal Mail. Some despatches maybe upgraded by Rigby & Peller to First Class Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery based on their cost or size and weight. All items sent using Recorded or Special Delivery will require a signature upon Delivery. Shipping times within the UK are approximately 1-7 working days.
Overseas Orders
Deliveries to Europe and rest of the world are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For and will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times within Europe are approximately 3-10 working days, the rest of the world including US & Australia takes approximately 5-14 days. All items sent via Royal Mail International Signed For will require a signature upon Delivery.
Please note that with all international orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive you package.
Delivery Charges
Delivery to all UK addresses is £3.50, delivery to all European countries is £7.50 and delivery to the rest of the world costs £12.50. Free delivery for all orders over £200 (within the UK).
Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
