Rigby & Peller Promise

Rigby & Peller offer you a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods that you have purchased, we will exchange them or give a full refund for returns received within 14 days. Please note: all return postage charges are to be met by the customer, unless returning item due to a fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned garments that have a gusset.

Please note that corsets can only be returned in perfect condition. All corsets should be tried over a vest to avoid marking.

If you wish to return items please return them to the address below with the following information;

  • Full Name.
  • Web Order Number.
  • Reason for return.
  • Would you like a refund or replacement?

We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned items to let you know when the refund is processed or when the new goods have been despatched.

We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection. Please return your items to:

Please note that items bought via our website can only be returned to the Website Department and not to any of the Rigby & Peller stores.

We will endeavour to resolve all queries within a maximum of 2 working days.

VAT Refunds + B.F.P.O

The minimum purchase value for VAT refunding is £50 excluding delivery, per order. To ensure receiving VAT refund under B.F.P.O. status, please enclose your 'certificate of entitlement' with each order. VAT Free shopping is available through our shops for non EEC residents. B.F.P.O. orders take from 5 working days to process. All VAT orders are processed at full UK rate, with the VAT refunded by the same payment method used to order, in a minimum of 30 days after posting. Amex cards excluded.

Delivery Rates

Delivery via Rigby & Peller: (subject to availability of stock) Delivery to all UK addresses is £3.50, delivery to all European countries is £7.50 and delivery to the rest of the world costs £20.00.

Rigby & Peller offer Free Delivery for UK orders over £200.

Delivery times within the UK & Europe are approximately 5-7 working days, the rest of the world including US & Australia takes approximately 10-14 days.

UK packages are all sent by First Class Royal Mail deliveries to the rest of the world are sent by Parcel force.

Please note that with all international orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive you package.

Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

Term & Conditions
