£3.50 Standard Delivery.

Please note that due to severe weather conditions your delivery might be delayed. Please refer to your "Dispatch Confirmation" email to track your order and do contact us at info@rigbyandpeller.com if you encounter any issues with tracking your parcel.

If you are not home when the first delivery attempt is made your parcel will be taken to the nearest UPS Access Point™ for you to collect. The driver will leave a UPS InfoNotice® with details of where your parcel has been taken. Most UPS Access Point™ Locations are open late in the evenings and at weekends to make it easy for you to collect. Please take your UPS InfoNotice® with you to collect your parcel. If you would prefer for your parcel to be redelivered to a different address or at a time that is more convenient for you, you can call UPS Customer Service on 03457 877 877 and select Option 4. You will then need to enter your 12 digit UPS InfoNotice® number to arrange redelivery. Alternatively, you can contact the Rigby & Peller Team on 0207 078 3777 or info@rigbyandpeller.com and we will arrange redelivery for you. It may take up to 48 hours for your parcel to be redelivered.

Accepted forms of ID: Drivers licence, passport, foreign, national or military ID.

Delivery to business address

Number of attempts: 3

After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, UPS will make a second and third delivery attempt the following days. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel with be automatically returned to Rigby & Peller – it will not be dropped to a UPS Access Point™ . Time between attempts: 24-48 hours.

Email service for parcel delivery

You will receive an email with the delivery information. This email contains the UPS tracking number and the link to track the status of your parcel.

Notification card

Your package will be delivered by UPS. If they are unable to deliver to the address originally specified, the delivery driver will leave a notification card. The card will give information on whether your parcel was left with a neighbour or returned to a UPS Access Point™ .

Our delivery partner is UPS: First delivery attempt will be made to the address mentioned as delivery address during the registration process.

IMPORTANT: First delivery attempt will be most successful if you choose a delivery address where a person is available to sign upon receipt.

This website delivers only within the UK Mainland, to a UK shipping addresses. 
We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands or International destinations.

We do not deliver online orders at our boutiques.

Your order is usually dispatched in our standard packing: Each item is packed in its own protective box and then in a master carton. If you would like your order packed in a luxury gift box, you can specify this at checkout.

For the delivery by standard packaging within the UK we charge £3.50 per order. For orders over £150 delivery is free. For delivery with luxury gift packaging within the UK we charge £10.00 per order. For orders over £200 we deliver free with luxury gift packaging within the UK.
