Contest Official Rules “SS26 Spring Break”

The prize: A $200 store credit to be redeemed in the physical Rigby & Peller store where the winner participated.
The store credit must be redeemed in a single purchase by June 30, 2026. The store credit cannot be split across multiple purchases or transactions. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Organizer's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Only one entry will be accepted per valid e-mail address. A person can only win once.
Terms and Conditions
1. By submitting an entry, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules.
2. Contest entries are limited to the United States and District of Columbia and are void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Subject to any governmental approval that may be required, Organizer reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify Contest in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Contest will begin on March 27th 2026 and will end on March 29th 2026 (during store opening hours). The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel the Contest in its entirety, if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention.
3. Eligibility. Must be at least 18 years old to enter. Employees, officers, or directors of Organizer, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their children, parents, spouse, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not enhance your chance of winning.
4. Effective date of entries. Entries in store will be effective on the day received. All entries become the exclusive property of Intimacy Management Company LLC (‘Organizer’) and will not be acknowledged or returned. You are responsible for your costs of entering, including online access charges, long distance telephone charges, and postage.
6. Transfer of personal data. To be able to enter the Contest, you may be obligated to provide certain personal details (including name, address and email address). You guarantee that all details provided by you are correct, complete and up-to-date. Use of the personal details you provide to us will comply with our privacy statement (Privacy policy | Rigby & Peller United States) and will only be used for the purposes of this Contest unless you permit them to be used for other purposes. Neither the Organizer nor any other intermediary can be held liable if these details are wrong. Any damages resulting from the use of personal data of the entrant by unauthorized persons can in no way be recovered from the Organizer, if the Organizer has taken all necessary security measures that can reasonably be expected of him.
8. Selection of winners. A minimum of 1 winner per store will be determined from all eligible entries received. Each winner is the person who, in addition to correctly answering the contest question, has correctly answered the tie‑breaker question or has come closest to the correct answer. The closest number above the correct answer will take precedence over an equally close number below the correct answer. In the event of a tie, the entrant who answered first wins. Winners must agree to the use of their first name and the first letter of their family name for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion on social networks and media in general without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Notification of winners. Contest winners will be notified by email or phone within 30 days from the end of the Contest. All decisions are final and binding. Should the email be returned to the Organizer as invalid, one more attempt will be made via email. Winners must contact the Organizer within 30 calendar days from the date the notification is sent by Organizer to claim their prize. Failure to contact Organizer within that 30 day period will result in immediate disqualification of the selected entrant and a new winner will be selected. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Organizer is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.
10. Odds of winning. The odds of winning any drawing will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
11. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.
12. Other conditions. Organizer, its agents and representatives, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors are not responsible for and will not be liable for (I) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible or postage due entries; (II) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (III) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (IV) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Organizer that may cause Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (V) any injuries losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Contest, or from participation in the Contest; or (VI) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the Contest.
13. Indemnification. You agree to release and hold Organizer, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. You understand that you are providing your information to Intimacy Management Company LLC, not to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The entrant releases Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn from any claims or liability regarding this Contest.
14. Class action waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution or court proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and shall under no circumstance be conducted on a class, consolidated, or representative basis. The foregoing class action waiver applies to any and all claims, regardless of the nature of any such claims.
15. Choice of law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Organizer in connection with the Contest, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York and will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of New York, NY.
16. Complaints. Any complaints in relation to the Contest must be sent in writing within 7 days from the end of the Contest to the corporate address of the Contest Organizer: Intimacy Management Company LLC, 1252 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10128, US. Complaints that are late or not in writing will not be taken into account.
